Vietnam Hotel Policy	In Vietnam there is fixed security deposit amount for our party's incidental expenses. It is refundable at checkout time. Guests will deposit themselves when checking in or the tour leader will deposit.
Responsibility for Taxes	Travel Agent acknowledges that, regardless of any action taken by Tax Authority the ultimate responsibility for Tax Collected at Source ('TCS') under section 206C(1G) or any other taxes as may be legally applicable and filing requirements in connection with the same thereof ('Tax Obligations'), remains with the traveler.

How to use the confirmation

If you have booked hotel or apartments, please present a copy of the voucher to reception on arrival.

Please present Service Voucher upon arrival in VIETNAM to representative. If you have booked services, present a copy to Tourguide/Driver at the start of each service. If you do not arrive at the meeting point on time, the tour will depart and full cancellation charges will apply.

Delayed Arrival

In case you cannot arrive on the date expected, please notify us as soon as possible using the contact numbers above.

Remarks

Please call the given Emergency contact numbers upon arrival in Vietnam and after checking into the hotel to reconfirm your itinerary.

Conditions

Our company will not entertain last minute changes for excursions. For any unavoidable circumstances, changes in the tour date should be informed at least 24 hours prior to the given timing. We may or may not accommodate such changes; amendments are at our discretion.

Water Park Rules & Regulations

Clothing with rivets, buckles or exposed metal are not permitted.
Persons with visible injuries(casts, bandages, braces etc.)are not permitted.
One rider per inner-tube opening; lap riders are not permitted.
Jewelry, watches and valuables must be removed.
Eyewear only permitted if worn with head straps.
Riders must wait to be dispatched by the ride attendant.

Airport Transfers

The driver will wait maximum 30 minutes from the scheduled time as per itinerary.

Tours & Sightseeing

For SIC/PVT basis tours, the driver will wait maximum 10 minutes from the scheduled time as given in the itinerary.

Other Notes

Food and drinks are not permitted.
All guests under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
Please carry your own swimming costume for water parks as it is mandatory and not provided.
Tips/gratuities for guides/drivers are not included.
Emergencies - 24 hours mobile telephone numbers of tour reps available during program.
Checkout and special departure notices will be given by tour leaders 1-2 days prior to departure day.
Delays in pickup may occur due to traffic or other guests; schedule hours remain unchanged, and compensations may be cut accordingly.
We reserve the right to cancel any part or whole trip for government decisions, weather, or force majeure; alternate dates will be offered.
Most hotel and restaurant meals exclude beverages unless stated.
